Help Desk Technician
Answer all help desk calls. Be able to identify basic PC work station hardware. Have a basic knowledge of MS Office products. Able to handle basic clerical skills.
Be able to identify basic components of computer network (work station, network cabling, switch, WAN, routers, circuits and server).
Must have basic clerical skills. Be able to telephone interview and accurately document a reported problem. Basic filing skills to file and maintain inventory/purchase orders.
Attempt to resolve issues within defined parameters - under supervision of Level II or higher.
