Summary:  Receive, investigate and respond to all customer inquiries regarding extended warranty service programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

  • Talk with customers by phone concerning extended service plans.

  • Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and follow procedures.

  • Proficient in Windows-based programs with superb navigational skills.

  • We are currently seeking bilingual candidates that speak Spanish or French fluently

Qualifications:

  • Must have bilingual (Spanish & English) communication skills. 1-2 years of call center/customer service experience.

  • Insurance experience is a plus.

Communication:
Professional phone etiquette and excellent oral and written communication skills.
